Greg Tereposky || Program Team Leader
Mr. Tereposky began his international trade career 1989 as a Canadian trade policy officer assigned to the implementation of the Canada-United States Free Trade Agreement. He has practised international trade and investment law since 1992, representing private companies, industries and governments. He has advised in international trade negotiations, including the NAFTA, Uruguay and Doha Rounds of WTO negotiations, and numerous bilateral and multilateral negotiations. He acts as counsel and adviser on all types of Canadian customs and trade issues, including matters before the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), Global Affairs Canada, Finance Canada, and the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT).
Philip Bartley || Quality Control Manager
Mr Bartley is an accomplished Team Leader for trade related technical assistance projects. He has directed the implementation of a range of market access facilitation and trade analysis projects in strategic partner countries of the EU. Mr Bartley has extensive experience in economic, trade and investment policies and the international trade and investment environment
Vince DeRose || Senior Legal Expert
Mr. DeRose represents government and private sector clients in matters concerning public procurement, trade and investment before courts, tribunals and administrative agencies. His practice covers economic sanctions, export controls, global anti-corruption rules, customs, anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations, energy regulation, and compliance investigations and programs. He has extensive experience in the defence and security sector. He regularly acts as counsel to both suppliers and purchasers in complex government procurement transactions and has assisted federal, provincial and municipal governments, Crown corporations, Crown agencies, corporations, hospitals, museums and suppliers on all aspects of tendering and contracting. This includes the application of the NAFTA, WTO-AGP and the Agreement on Internal Trade, formulation of procurement strategies, analysis of solicitation documents, assessments of contractual terms and conditions, development of procurement proposals, evaluation of bids, and conduct of bid challenges.
Jeffrey Graham || Senior Legal Expert
Mr. Graham has extensive experience working with international corporations and other entities on transactional and regulatory matters, with a particular emphasis on financial and technology sectors. He has assisted many international corporations obtain regulatory approvals required to carry on business in Canada and advised on related transactions and other matters to facilitate the successful launch or new businesses in Canada. He served as Director of Legal Services for the Ministry of Financial Institutions (Ontario) and was involved in providing advice to the Government on the NAFTA and on international trade negotiations with respect to trade in services discussions with respect to the GATS. Currently, Jeff advises domestic and international financial institutions on compliance with federal and provincial financial services legislation and regulations, including on issues with respect to establishment of new entities and products, corporate governance, anti-money laundering and consumer protection.
Beverley Moore || Senior Legal Expert
Ms. Moore practises intellectual property litigation, focusing on patent litigation and applications under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations (NOC Regulations). She also advises clients on regulatory issues such as listing patents on the Patent Register, reporting patents to the Patented Medicines Prices Review Board (PMPRB), and the Register of Innovative Drugs as it relates to data protection. BMs. She also advises on Access to Information (ATI) requests, in particular those made to Health Canada by pharmaceutical clients. In addition, Beverley advises on patent portfolio management, patentability, validity and freedom-to-operate issues, and aids in the prosecution of patent applications in Canada. Ms. Moore is a member of BIOTECanada’s Health Advisory Board and Subsequent Entry Biologics Task Force, and has participated in National Advocacy Day, lobbying politicians on biotechnology issues.

Ms. Radford is an experienced litigator who has appeared before Canadian courts, administrative tribunals and commissions and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. She represents domestic and foreign clients in the full range of trade and investment matters, including trade remedies and customs administration. Her expertise includes enforcement and compliance matters concerning foreign corrupt practices, export controls, economic sanctions, trade embargos, import and technology transfer controls, and blocking measures. She regularly advises on the interpretation and application of trade agreements and investment treaties.
Erin Durant || Junior Legal Expert

Daniel Hohnstein || Junior Legal Expert
Mr. Hohnstein practices in the areas of state-to-state dispute settlement, investor-state dispute settlement, Canadian trade remedies (anti-dumping and countervailing) proceedings, compliance with the Canadian customs regime, and other matters relating to international trade and investment. He has appeared as counsel in trade disputes before the WTO Dispute Settlement Body, including preparing and presenting submissions and oral arguments to the Appellate Body. He has also represented domestic producers as well as foreign producers, exporters and importers in trade remedy proceedings before the CBSA, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, and the Federal Courts of Canada. He also advises and consults on the interpretation and application of all trade and investment treaties.
Olivier Nguyen || Junior Legal Expert
Mr. Nguyen practice has been focused on international trade since he was a summer law student in 2012 and continued this focus during his articles in 2013. His experience includes technical barriers to trade, services, government procurement, food standards including sanitary and phytosanitary measures, investment, customs administration and trade remedy (anti-dumping and countervailing) proceedings before Canadian authorities, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) and the courts.
Olivier is fluently bilingual in English and French and practices in both languages.
Emily Hemmings || Project Manager
Ms. Hemmings is Project Manager of the CETA Market Access Program and head of the DEVELOPMENT Solutions Brussels Office. Ms. Hemmings has more than 5 years of experience in international project management. Ms. Hemmings is the Brussels focal point for a number of EU SME internationalisation and business support projects including the ASEAN and China IPR SME Helpdesks (DG GROW) and business matchmaking projects such as EU Gateway and Business Avenues.
Jay Brohman || Logistics Manager
Mr. Brohman is a Canadian national with over 3 years experience in event management, coordination of partners and experts, stakeholder engagement, and the drafting of reports, budgets and other deliverables for EU funded projects. Mr. Brohman is a Project Manager with more than 3 years’ experience working at DEVELOPMENT Solutions Europe Ltd.
